I do not like sharing and co-living with others. Many young adults and nuclear families / couples moving out of their parental homes want to start their own households, prefer independent living as it offers more privacy and freedom to make decisions about their lifestyle, work environment, and daily routines. This is especially true among those who value personal space and autonomy.
I don’t want to care about water supply, electricity, internet, power back up in the house and I need them uninterrupted without spending any of my time.
I don’t want to buy any white goods and furniture. I want a home where everything is ready and safe, and security is never a concern.
I am fed up with rules and restrictions in PG and co-living, and on timing and guests I may bring in. I hate following rules, when I am paying rent for the place I am staying in.
